• I reserve the right to use commissions as material for Patreon rewards, portfolios, showcases, business cards, price list examples, NSFW variations for patreons, etc.
• I only seperate/animate fanarts under the condition if you have the rights of the artist (proof by screenshot).
• Commissions are strictly not for commercial-use (merch, resale etc.) unless a separate commercial-use agreement has been made. Inquire further for details.
• Do not edit, trace, modify or alter the artwork in any way.
• The Commissioner agrees to crediting me when using the artwork/animation/seperated picture in their socials info (Twitter, Twitch, Youtube etc.).
• I reserve the rights to stream the artwork (twitch.tv/des_hatsumine) unless requested differently. Requiring me to work off stream will be subject to extra costs.

• Backgrounds (includes animationen, seperation and drawing)

Payments will be handled over Paypal only!
Invoices will be sent within 48h after placing the order.
Upfront payments only unless agreed otherwise.
Depending on the size of the commission, payment plans can be considered.

All orders are final, and refunds can only be requested if no work has begun on the project yet.
